MS9427 是一种有效的PROTAC EGFR降解剂，对野生型 EGFR 和突变型 EGFR L858R 的K_d分别为 7.1 nM 和 4.3 nM。MS9427 通过泛素/蛋白酶体系统 (UPS) 和自噬/溶酶体途径有效诱导突变型 EGFRs 降解。MS9427 对 NSCLC 细胞增殖有较强的抑制作用。MS9427 可用于抗癌研究。

生物活性

MS9427 is a potentPROTACEGFRdegrader withK_ds of 7.1 nM and 4.3 nM forEGFRWT andEGFRL858R, respectively. MS9427 effectively induces degradation of mutant EGFRs through both the ubiquitin/proteasome system (UPS) and autophagy/lysosome pathways. MS9427 potently inhibits the proliferation of NSCLC cells. MS9427 can be used for researching anticancer^[1].
