SPV106 ishistone acetylase (HAT) and GCN5-related N-acetyltransferases (GNAT)activator. SPV106 can be used for the research of type 2 diabetes (T2D)^[1].

体外研究
(In Vitro)

SPV106 恢复正常水平的 H3K9Ac 和 H3K14Ac，降低 DNA CpG 高甲基化，恢复 D-CMSC 增殖和分化^[1]。
SPV106 (5 μmol/L) 在 D-CMSC^[1]中减少细胞衰老并诱导 cKit 表达^[1]。
