Uproleselan (GMI-1271) (20 μM; 24 h) sodium 通过降低 C-X-C 趋化因子受体 4 型 (CXCR4) 和 E-selectin 介导的多发性骨髓瘤 (MM) 细胞的粘附和趋化性，破坏 TME-多发性骨髓瘤细胞的相互作用^[3]。

体内研究
(In Vivo)

Uproleselan (GMI-1271) (10 and 20 mg/kg; i.p.; twice daily for 2 days) sodium 可显著降低小鼠血栓形成^[2]。
Uproleselan (40 mg/kg; i.p.; 5 days a week for 3 weeks) sodium 可以延缓肿瘤生长，提高小鼠存活率^[3]。

Animal Model:	C57BL/6 mice, thrombosis model^[2]
Dosage:	10 mg/kg and 20 mg/kg
Administration:	Intraperitoneal injection, twice daily for 2 days
Result:	Significantly decreased VT weight two days post-thrombus induction versus non-treated control animals. Decreased thrombus weight. Significantly decreased activated leukocyte migration. Significantly decreased total inflammatory cell extravasation (neutrophil, monocyte, and lymphocyte) versus control animals.

Animal Model:	SCID mice with MM.1S cells^[3]
Dosage:	40 mg/kg
Administration:	Intraperitoneal injection, 5 days a week for 3 weeks
Result:	Delayed tumor growth. Significantly extended median survival.
