生物活性
Paclitaxel是一种微管聚合物稳定剂，作用于人内皮细胞，IC50为0.1 pM。Paclitaxel在104到 105倍更高浓度时，抑制非内皮性人类细胞，IC50 为1 nM -10 nM。Paclitaxel选择性抑制细胞增殖，具有种属特异性，在Paclitaxel极低浓度时，小鼠内皮细胞对 Paclitaxel不敏感。 极低浓度Paclitaxel抑制 人类内皮细胞，但是不影响细胞微管结构，且处理的细胞在 G2/M 期没有出现细胞周期停滞和凋亡，说明这是一种新型尚未查明的作用机制。
