Corosolic acid对α-葡萄糖苷酶具有较高的抑制活性,IC50值为3.53 μg/mL[1]。
Corosolic acid(CRA)是香蕉叶提取物。Corosolic acid具有多种有益效果,如降低血糖水平、抗高血脂、抗病毒、抗炎和抗真菌活性[2]。
在中华仓鼠卵巢细胞中,corocolic acid通过刺激葡萄糖摄取,并抑制多种糖尿病相关的非受体蛋白酪氨酸磷酸酶,体现出较好的降血糖效果[3]。
在遗传性糖尿病小鼠模型中,以香蕉叶提取物(含高纯度的corosolic)饲喂小鼠可显著降低血糖水平[4]。在SHR/NDmcr-cp(cp/cp)大鼠(代谢综合征动物模型)中,相比对照组,大鼠饲喂含0.072%的corosolic acid的高脂饮食14周可降低血糖水平,具有显著差异[5]。
在人类临床研究中,2型糖尿病患者每日分别服用0.32和0.48 mg的corosolic acid达2周可降低30%的血糖水平[6]。
