Sitafloxacin是抗革兰氏阳性\革兰氏阴性和厌氧菌的抗生素[1].
Sitafloxacin是新型氟喹诺酮抗生素,具有光谱抗菌谱.其具有抗肠杆菌种(革兰氏阳性菌)的活性,MIC50值的范围为0.008至1 mg/ml,MIC90值的范围为0.015-2 mg/ml.对于革兰氏阴性菌,sitafloxacinis比ciprofloxacin更有效(强8倍)地抑制不动杆菌属,MIC值为0.008-8 mg/ml.此外,Sitafloxacin能够抑制厌氧菌,包括拟杆菌属\产气荚膜梭菌和消化链球菌属,MIC50值的范围为0.03至0.12 mg/ml,MIC90值为0.06至0.25 mg/ml [1].
