| 产品描述 | Amrinone is an inhibitor of phosphodiesterase 3 (PDE3; IC50 = 19.5 µM). It increases developed tension and contractile force in isolated cat papillary muscle. Amrinone (1-10 mg/kg) has positive inotropic effects, increasing the rate and force of heart contraction in anesthetized and unanesthetized dogs. |
