Dapansutrile 是有效，选择性和有口服活性的 NLRP3 炎性小体抑制剂。具有抗炎，镇痛活性[1]。在体外，纳摩尔浓度的Dapansutrile能减少典型和非典型NLRP3炎症体激活后IL-1β和IL-18的释放[2]。用Dapansutrile治疗小鼠限制了MSU晶体的关节炎症（p>0.0001），与药物治疗的小鼠相比，滑膜IL-1β、IL-6、骨髓过氧化物酶和CXCL1水平下降（p<0.01）。口服Dapansutrile对改善反应性以及痛风性关节炎非常有效[3]。
