(S)-vilozine hydrochloride, the S-isomer of Viloxazine, is a selective norepinephrine reuptake inhibitor (NRI) that has been used as an antidepressant. Vilozine racemate (trade name Qelbree; Vivalan, Emovit) has been approved in 2021 by FDA for treating ADHD- attention deficit hyperactivity disorder.
