CORM-3是一种水溶性的一氧化碳(CO)释放分子[1]。
作为CO的释放分子,CORM-3通过激活可溶性鸟苷酸环化酶,可模拟血红素加氧酶的抗过敏效应。据报道,CORM-3对心血管炎症有效应。在体外模型中,CORM-3减少PMN诱导的CD54在EC上的表达。CORM-3还具有体外和体内的血管活性性能,作为血管张力和血压的调节剂,具有显著的血管扩张活性。此外,CORM-3也是一种有效的抗微生物剂,通过增加膜通透性和抑制终端氧化酶,从而抑制细菌和酵母病原体的呼吸[1,2,3,4]。
