18F-AZD4694 is an amyloid-β imaging ligand with high affinity for amyloid-β plaques. 18F-AZD4694 is a high affinity (Kd= 2.3 nM) radioligand for imaging amyloid-β plaques that displays lower white matter binding compared to other fluorinated amyloid-PET tracers, enabling easier visual reads[1].
