| 产品描述 | Mezlocillin is a β-lactam antibiotic and derivative of ampicillin .1,2It is active againstB. fragilis,E. lentum,P. morbillorum, andF. nucleatum(MICs = 8, 4, 2, and 4 µg/ml, respectively).2Mezlocillin (32 µg/ml) is also active against 10 strains ofS. faecalis.1In vivo, mezlocillin (240 mg/kg) increases survival and reduces bacteremia in a rabbit model ofS. faecalisendocarditis.
