产品描述 | K22 is an antiviral agent.1It inhibits the replication of severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus (SARS-CoV), Middle East respiratory syndrome coronavirus (MERS-CoV), human coronavirus 229E (HCoV-229E), feline coronavirus (FCoV), and mouse hepatitis virus (MHV) in Vero cells when used at a concentration of 40 µM. K22 inhibits the formation of double membrane vesicles, a hallmark of coronavirus replication, and inhibits viral RNA synthesis in HCoV-229E-infected MRC-5 cells.
