| 产品描述 | Acetyl hexapeptide-3 is a synthetic acetylated and amidated hexapeptide consisting of amino acid residues 12-17 of synaptosomal-associated protein 25 (SNAP-25).1It inhibits formation of the SNARE complexin vitroin a concentration-dependent manner. It also inhibits calcium-induced norepinephrine release in permeabilized chromaffin cells (IC50= 110 μM).
