(E)-Akt inhibitor-IV ((E)-AKTIV) is a PI3K-Akt inhibitor, with potent cytotoxic[1].

(E)-Akt inhibitor-IV (compound 7) exhibits average GI20 of 0.04 μM on four cell lines (MDA-MB468 cells, MDA-MB231 cells, MCF7 cells and 184B5 cells)[1].(E)-Akt inhibitor-IV shows little effects on the growth of 184B5 non-cancer cells at the average GI20 doses[1].
