| 产品描述 | Tilmicosin-d3is intended for use as an internal standard for the quantification of tilmicosin by GC- or LC-MS. Tilmicosin is a macrolide antibiotic.1It is active against macrolide-susceptible strains ofM. haemolytica,P. multocida, andE. coli(MICs = 4, 4, and 128 µM, respectively), as well as a hyperpermeable strain ofE. coli(MIC = 2 µM), and inhibits bacterial protein synthesis (IC50= 0.36 µM).
