Description: Furamidine, an abisbenzamidine analog, is an antiparasite agent acting as an inhibitor of protein arginine methyltransferase 1 (PRMT1). Furamidine is also a competitive tyrosyl-DNA phosphodiesterase 1 (TDP-1) inhibitor.
