Centanafadine, formerly known as EB-1020, is an adrenergic uptake inhibitor and dopamine uptake inhibitor and serotonin uptake inhibitor. Centanafadine modulates norepinephrine, dopamine and, to a lesser extent, serotonin reuptake in a ratio 6:14, respectively to improve focus, attention and executive function.
