Description: Dutogliptin tartrate, the tartrate salt of Dutogliptin (formerly PHX-1149; PHX1149), is an orally bioavailable dipeptidyl peptidase-4 (DPP4) inhibitor with antidiabetic effects. It has exhibited improved glycemic control in type 2 diabetic patients.
