Trimegestone (TMG; trade names Ondeva and Totelle among others) is an approved a synthetic progestin
medication used in menopausal hormone therapy and in the
prevention of postmenopausal osteoporosis. It is a 19-norprogesterone derivative with strong progestational effect and weak anti-androgenic as well as a modest
anti-mineralocorticoid effect.
