MDL-105519 is a high affinity NMDA glutamate receptor antagonist at the glycine site. MDL 105,519 prevented harmaline-stimulated increases in cerebellar cyclic GMP content, providing bioactive compound evidence of NMDA receptor antagonism in vivo.
