Lerimazoline, formerly known as Trimazoline, Trimizoline and ST-71, is a chemical that is used in the form of tramazoline hydrochloride in nasal decongestant preparations. It is an α-adrenergic receptor agonist that inhibits secretion of nasal mucus. It causes hypertension.
