背景信息：

边缘区 B 细胞与 B1 细胞特异性蛋白 (MZB1) 是一种由边缘区 B 细胞及在浆细胞分化期间表达的 ER 驻留性伴侣蛋白 (1,2)。MZB1 具有辅助浆细胞正确折叠、组装和分泌成熟 IgM 的氧化还原酶活性 (1,3) 。研究已表明，MZB1 表达丢失损害抗体分泌和体液免疫应答 (4)。
