背景信息：
具有三角形四肽重复序列 5 的干扰素诱导蛋白 (IFIT5) 是参与防御病毒病原体的先天免疫效应分子 IFIT 家族的成员。与其他 IFIT 家族成员相比，对 IFIT5 的功能了解最少。然而，研究证明 IFIT5 通过结合单链病毒 RNA 来部分地促进宿主先天免疫抗病毒应答 (1,2)。此外，已证明 IFIT5 响应于病毒感染增强 NF-kB 激活 (3,4)。
