背景信息：
CXCL-13是一种生发中心辅助性T淋巴细胞的上调趋化因子。在B淋巴细胞进入生发中心中发挥重要作用，可以作为生发中心辅助性T淋巴细胞的标记物。在反应性淋巴滤泡中，滤泡树突状细胞、组织细胞、辅助T淋巴细胞和一些小淋巴细胞会表达，血管免疫母细胞性T细胞淋巴瘤（AITL）是一种生发中心辅助性T细胞（TFH）来源的疾病，CXCL-13高表达于该疾病。在外周性T细胞淋巴瘤中CXCL-13表达率低，而表达了CXCL-13的外周性T细胞淋巴瘤具有与血管免疫母T细胞淋巴瘤交界性特征。适用于血管免疫母T细胞淋巴瘤同外周T细胞淋巴瘤鉴别工作。
