Background:

Triclabendazole-¹³C-d₃is intended for use as an internal standard for the quantification of triclabendazole by GC- or LC-MS. Triclabendazole is a benzimidazole anthelmintic.¹It eliminates both immature and adult flukes in a sheep model ofF. hepaticainfection when administered at a dose of 10 mg/kg.²Triclabendazole (5 µM) also protects against glucose- or α-synuclein-induced apoptosis inS. cerevisiae viainhibition of adenylyl cyclase in the Ras-adenylyl cyclase-protein kinase A (PKA) nutrient sensing pathway.³
