Background:

U-47700-d₆(CRM) is intended for use as an internal standard for the quantification of U-47700 by GC- or LC-MS. U-47700 is a selective µ-opioid receptor agonist (K_d= 5.3 and 910 nM for µ- and κ-opioid receptors, respectively, in guinea pig brain) that is 7.5-fold more potent than morphine in animal models.^1,2U-47700 is regulated as a Schedule I compound in the United States. U-47700-d₆(CRM) is provided as a DEA exempt preparation. This product is intended for research and forensic applications.
