Temazepam-d₈(exempt preparation) is intended for use as an internal standard for the quantification of temazepam . Temazepam is categorized as a benzodiazepine.¹Temazepam has sedative-hypnotic properties and misuseviaintra-arterial injection has been associated with tissue damage and subsequent amputation.^2,3Temazepam is regulated as a Schedule IV compound in the United States. Temazepam-d₈(exempt preparation) is provided as a DEA exempt preparation. This product is intended for research and forensic applications.
