Background:
Coumarin-quinone conjugate is a fluorescent substrate for NADH:ubiquinone oxidoreductases.1It is comprised of a coumarin fluorophore conjugated to a ubiquinone analog that can be reduced by NADH:ubiquinone oxidoreductases.
