Background:

ReZolve-Alkyne™ is a fluorogenic probe that can be used to tag azide-functionalized molecules in cells and tissues. The terminal alkyne on ReZolve-Alkyne™ can be coupled to molecules of interest using click chemistry in the presence of a copper catalyst and visualized using epifluorescent, confocal, and two-photon microscopy. It displays excitation/emission maxima of 405/570 nm, respectively.
