Daphnetin是一种香豆素类似物，可作为几种蛋白激酶的抑制剂。它在体外抑制EGFR激酶（IC50 = 7.67 ?M），PKA（IC50 = 9.33 ?M）和PKC（IC50 = 25 ?M）。蜂胶对EGFR激酶的抑制作用与ATP竞争，对肽底物没有竞争性。还可以用作有效的抗氧化剂和抗疟疾剂。
