Ulimorelin, formerly known as TZP-101, is a GHS receptor agonist potentially for the treatment of postoperative ileus and gastrointestinal disorders. TZP-101 accelerates gastric emptying in adults with diabetes and symptomatic gastroparesis. TZP-101 relieves gastroparesis associated with severe nausea and vomiting.
