In Kunming mice, Antiviral agent 15 (Compound 15f) is given orally in a single-dosing experiment at 0 mg/kg, 200 mg/kg, 400 mg/kg, 600 mg/kg and 800 mg/kg, respectively. The mice are closely monitored for 7 days, and all the surviving mice had glossy hair, fleshy body and good appetite [1].
