M2N12 has cytotoxic activity against five tumor cell lines and a normal cell line including A-549(IC50 = 3.92 μM), MDA-MB-231(IC50 = 4.63 μM), KB(IC50 = 5.05 μM), KB-VIN(IC50 = 6.81 μM), MCF-7(IC50 = 4.71 μM) and HBE(IC50 = 6.00 μM)[1].
