TP-472 has a high potency for BRD9 with Kd of 33 nM and BRD7 with Kd of 0.34 μM, with >30-fold selectivity over other Brds[1]. TP-472 (1 μM, 3 μM; 24-216 hours) yields concentration-dependent growth defects in ESCs[2].
