N-(4-(aminomethyl)-2,6-dimethylphenyl)-5 shows less potent inhibition of S1PR1(IC50=6.4μM)[1].N-(4-(aminomethyl)-2,6-dimethylphenyl)-5(10μM)has no effect on the collagen-induced HSP27 phosphorylation,markedly reverses the suppressive effect of S1P on the collagen-induced phospphorylation of HSP27[2].
