ML-099 activates Ras protein wild type(EC50 = 141.25 nM), Rab7(EC50 = 181.97 nM), Rab-2A(EC50 = 354.81 nM), Rac1 protein activated mutant(EC50 = 25.42 nM), Rac1 protein wild type(EC50 = 20.17 nM), Ras protein activated mutant(EC50 = 95.5 nM), cell division cycle 42 activated mutant(EC50 = 58.88 nM) and cell division cycle 42 wild type(EC50 = 100 nM)[1].
