ALW-II-41-27 inhibits Ba/F3 cells (EC50<500 nM) transformed with Tel fusions of Kit, EphA3, Fms, KDR, FLT1, FGR, Src, Bmx, Lyn, and Bcr-Abl. ALW-II-41-27 has cross-reactivity with Bcr-Abl. ALW-II-41-27 inhibits b-Raf, CSF1R, DDR1, DDR2, EphA2, EphA8, EphB1, EphB2, Kit, EphB3, Frk, Lck, EphA5, p38α, p38β, PDGFRβ, PDGFRα, and Raf1.
