iNOs-IN-1 (YPW) is a potent inducible nitric oxide synthase (iNOS) inhibitor. iNOs-IN-1 can significantly inhibit the expression ofIL-6andiNOS, as well as reduce LPS-induced NO generation with dose-dependent manner in mouse macrophages. Anti-inflammatory effects^[1].

iNOs-IN-1 (YPW) (12.5, 25 and 50 μM; 2 hours) can significantly reduce NO production in LPS-treated RAW 264.7 cells^[1].
iNOs-IN-1 (12.5, 25 and 50 μM; 2 hours) inhibits IL-6 production and iNOS protein expression in LPS-treated RAW 264.7 mouse macrophages^[1].
