FITC (1 mg/mL) solution is prepared using dimethyl sulfoxide is added dropwise into enzyme solution (5 mg/mL) prepared with 50 mM pH 9.0 carbonate buffer (prepared by adding 7.36 g NaCl, 1.06 g Na2CO3and 7.56 g NaHCO3into 1 L deionized water).2. Stir the mixed solution at 4℃ for 4 h.3. Use 2 mL NH4Cl aqueous solution (50 mM) to quench the reaction.4.
