Tabersonine 是一种主要从长春花中分离出的吲哚类生物碱。Tabersonine 能破坏 Aβ(1-42) 的聚合和改善 Aβ 聚合诱导的细胞毒性。Tabersonine 具有抗炎活性，可用于 ALI/ARDS 的研究。

生物活性

Tabersonine is an indole alkaloid mainly isolated fromCatharanthus roseus. Tabersonine disrupts Aβ(1-42) aggregation and ameliorates Aβ aggregate-induced cytotoxicity. Tabersonine has anti-inflammatory activities and acts as a potential therapeutic candidate for the treatment of ALI/ARDS^[1].
