生物活性

U-73343, works as a protonophore, is an inactive analog of U-73122 and can be used as a negative control. U-73343 dose-dependently inhibits acid secretion irrespective of the stimulant. U-73122 is aphospholipaseC (PLC) and 5-LO (5-lipoxygenase) inhibitor with an IC₅₀of 1-2.1 μM for PLC^[1]^[2].

体外研究
(In Vitro)

U73343, which potently inhibits acid secretion, shows no inhibitory effect on either K⁺-pNPPase or H⁺,K⁺-ATPase activity. U73343 dose-dependently inhibits, histamine (Hist)-, carbachol (CCh)-, and dbcAMPstimulated aminopyrine accumulation in gastric glands^[1].
