GnRH (10 μM) abolishes Buserelin-binding with GnRH Receptor^[4].

Gonadoliberin (50 ng, i.v.) promotes LH secretion in atrazine-treated rats^[2].
Gonadoliberin (0.15 μg/min for 2 min every hour, i.v.) induces an LH discharge in agonadal juvenile male monkeys^[3].

Animal Model:	Atrazine (300 mg/kg)-treated rats^[1]
Dosage:	50 ng
Administration:	Intravenous injection (i.v.)
Result:	Reversed the suppression of the estrogen-induced LH surge of atrazine exposure.
