1,5,15-Trimethylmorindol 是一种蒽醌，可从Morinda citrifolia叶子中分离得到。1,5,15-trimethylmorindol (25 μg/mL) 单独使用对人 T 细胞白血病细胞系 Jurkat 没有显着的细胞毒活性，但 1,5,15-Trimethylmorindol 与肿瘤坏死因子相关凋亡诱导配体 (TRAIL, 0.5-1.5 μg/mL) 联用时，显示出细胞毒性 (IC₅₀为 14.5-15.0 μg/mL)。

生物活性	1,5,15-Trimethylmorindol is an anthraquinone isolated from the leaves ofMorinda citrifolia. 1,5,15- trimethylmorindol (25 μg/mL) does not show significant cytotoxic activity on the human T-cell leukemia cell line, Jurkat, by itself but it shows cytotoxicity (IC₅₀14.5-15.0 μg/mL) when combined with 0.5-1.5 μg/mL of TRAIL in the cell proliferation assay^[1].
