Kievitone 是一种异黄酮，是可以从Rhizoctonia solani Kühn感染Phaseolus vulgaris L.的下胚轴中分离出来。Kievitone 具有抗真菌活性和抗肿瘤活性。

生物活性

Kievitone, an isoflavanone, could be isolated from hypocotyls ofPhaseolus vulgaris L.infected withRhizoctonia solani Kühn. Kievitone has antifungal activity and antitumor activity^[1]^[2].

体外研究
(In Vitro)

Kievitone (0-40 μM; 4 天) 抑制雌激素受体 (ER) 阳性乳腺癌细胞株 MCF-7 和 T47D 以及 ER 阴性乳腺癌细胞株 SKBR3 的增殖 (IC50 值为 5-18 μM)^[2]。
Kievitone (0-40 μM; 48 h) 抑制由胰岛素样生长因子 1、胰岛素样生长因子 2、碱性成纤维细胞生长因子或转化生长因子 α 刺激的 MCF-7 细胞的 DNA 合成^[2]。
