Description | 人非小细胞肺癌细胞A549来源于58岁的白人男性肺癌组织，由D.J. Giard等人建立于1972年。M. Lieber发现A549可以通过胞苷二磷酸胆碱途径合成高比例的不饱和脂肪酸卵磷脂。该细胞复苏后不耐低温和长时间运输，复苏后沿途最低温度需高于10摄氏度且运输路途不可过长。冬天常温邮寄A549细胞时会有细胞脱落、坏死等现象，请尽量选用干冰冷链快递。通过本库支原体检测。每个批次均通过本库支原体检测，结果为阴性。经本库STR检测无误。STR鉴定结果为：Amelogenin: X,Y；CSF1PO: 10,12；D13S317: 11；D16S539: 11,12；D5S818: 11；D7S820: 8,11；THO1: 8,9.3；TPOX: 8,11；vWA: 14 | 动物种别
