Description | 293T/17细胞株是293T (293tsA1609neo)细胞株的衍生株。 293T 是293细胞株插入了SV40 T-antigen的温度敏感基因形成的高转衍生株。 293T细胞进行克隆，检测pBND和pZAP载体，得到一株能生成高滴度感染逆转录病毒的衍生株，293T/17。 细胞持续表达猿病毒40(SV40)大T抗原，而因其高转染能力筛选到17号克隆。 293T/17细胞用pCRIPenv-和pCRIPgag-2载体转染得到ANJOU 65 细胞株。 ANJOU 65细胞再用pCRIPgag-2 和 pGPT2E载体转染得到亲宅性外壳表达细胞株BOSC 23。ANJOU 65细胞用携带gpt抗性基因的pCRIPAMgag载体转染得到Bing 双向性表达包装细胞株。
