产品介绍

     伯乐Bio-Gel P 聚丙烯酰胺凝胶由丙烯酰胺和 N,N'- 甲叉双丙烯酰胺共聚而成,用于高分辨率的凝胶过滤。

Bio Gel P凝胶特点：

       1.可分离不同大小的分子，分子量范围从100至100,000；
       2.本质上虽是非离子、但极度亲水；
       3.为敏感化合物提供有效而温和的凝胶过滤；
       4.特殊的合成组份，不像右旋糖苷和琼脂糖易滋生微生物或过滤碳水化合物。

       Bo-Gel P 可在pH5.5-6.5下高压灭菌、室温操作pH为2-10、操作温度为4–80°C.随操作温度的提高流速和分辨率也将提高。Bio-Rad提供的Bio-Gel P系列聚丙烯酰胺介质有多种不同的形式，包括瓶装介质、Bio-Spin 预装柱及Bio-Scale预装柱。Bio-Scale 预装内预置有Bio-Gel P-6介质，而预置有Bio-GelP-6和P-30介质的Bio Spin预装柱保存于Tris和SSC缓冲液中。
